With Reality Building Design, customers can either bring in their own concepts or can work with our creative specialist to develop one from scratch.Once the design concept is defined, Reality Building Design quickly produces a "prelim" which consists of a basic floor plan and elevation based on the approved design concept. At this point,the customer "redlines" the prelim to indicate any final adjustments to the building. Following final approval of the prelim, we complete the design process by producing accurate and functional construction drawings. This upfront investment in the time and effort it takes to get the drawings right pays off in a shorter construction schedule, lower material costs, and far fewer unpleasant surprises during construction.
Through its relationship with Idaho Truss, Reality Building Design has access to component design software and detailed information about the performance of trusses and other structural products which enables us to deliver an unmatched level of accuracy in the structural design.
